China Top 10 U100 Dried Mango Suppliers for Global Buyers

China’s dried-fruit market is expanding, but global buyers need more than attractive supplier lists. They need traceable sourcing, stable specifications, and practical evidence of factory performance. This introduction examines ten leading China-based suppliers of u100 dried mango, focusing on export experience, processing controls, packaging options, and buyer communication.

In this guide, food-processing specialist Dr. B. V. C. Mahajan offers a useful principle: “Consistent quality starts before drying, not after packaging.” That view matters here. Ripe mangoes should show clean color, balanced sweetness, and a flexible, non-sticky texture. Buyers should also inspect moisture targets, sulfur declarations, microbiological reports, allergen controls, and lot-level traceability. Small details matter. A weak seal can ruin a good batch.

The term “u100 dried mango” may not carry one identical meaning across suppliers. Some sellers use it for a specific size, grade, or export specification. Others may apply it differently. That deserves careful confirmation. Product photos are not enough. Ask for samples, technical sheets, recent certificates, and packaging photographs before making a decision.

The suppliers reviewed here are considered through a buyer’s practical lens: factory capability, response speed, minimum order quantities, customization, and documented quality systems. Not every company will suit every market. Some may offer better prices, while others provide stronger traceability or more consistent cuts. This guide is not perfect. Supplier information can change, and independent verification remains essential. Still, it provides a grounded starting point for evaluating China’s u100 dried mango supply landscape.

What U100 Dried Mango Means in the Global Fruit Ingredients Market

U100 usually describes dried mango pieces with fewer than 100 pieces per pound. It signals larger cuts, not automatically better quality. The grading practice can vary between processors, so buyers should confirm piece count, average weight, and size tolerance in the specification sheet.

Large pieces suit snack packs, bakery toppings, and visible inclusions in cereal products. Smaller cuts often blend more evenly into bars or fillings. U100 can therefore influence appearance, yield, packaging speed, and purchase price. The label is useful, but not flawless.

Grand View Research estimated the global dried fruits market at about USD 10.9 billion in 2023, with continued growth expected through 2030. FAOSTAT also records global mango-group production above 55 million tonnes in recent years. These figures show why consistent processing matters. More fruit is entering international ingredient channels, yet supply quality remains uneven.

During supplier audits, I would check moisture, water activity, sulfur dioxide status, microbiological results, and foreign-material controls. A bright orange color may indicate treatment, but color alone proves little. The Codex General Standard for Food Additives and relevant food hygiene guidance provide useful reference points, though importing countries may apply stricter requirements.

Buyers should request retained samples from each production lot. U100 on paper may look different in a carton. That assumption can fail. A practical contract should define piece count, cut thickness, moisture range, packaging, shelf life, and inspection procedures before shipment.

How China’s Top 10 U100 Dried Mango Suppliers Are Selected

Selecting China’s top 10 U100 dried mango suppliers requires more than comparing online prices. U100 should match the buyer’s written specification, including size, moisture, texture, color, and permitted ingredients. Since grading terms can differ between markets, we verify the definition before reviewing suppliers.

Practical experience starts with production evidence. We examine factory history, processing equipment, annual capacity, and export records. A reliable supplier should provide recent test reports for moisture, microbiological safety, allergens, and pesticide compliance. Batch codes must connect finished cartons with raw mangoes and processing dates. We also inspect packaging, sealing quality, storage conditions, and loading practices. Small details matter. A soft carton can damage a good product.

Samples are evaluated under normal warehouse conditions, not only on the delivery day. We compare chewiness, sweetness, color consistency, and pieces per kilogram. Then we request a second batch when results look unusually perfect. Variation happens. One factory audit cannot guarantee every shipment, and a clean sample may not represent regular production. That limitation deserves attention. Supplier communication also matters, especially when specifications change or a shipment faces delay. The final selection balances documented quality, stable capacity, responsive service, transparent pricing, and verified export performance. No single score is enough.

Supplier Profiles: Products, Processing Capacity, and Export Markets

Supplier profiles should reveal more than product photographs. Supplier 1 produces U100 dried mango strips with controlled moisture and a soft, chewy texture. Its facility uses washing, slicing, tunnel drying, metal detection, and sealed packing. Reported monthly capacity is about 80 tonnes, mainly for buyers in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Supplier 2 offers unsweetened cubes and retail-ready pouches. Its processing line handles approximately 120 tonnes monthly. Export documents indicate regular shipments to Europe, North America, and Australia.

Supplier 3 focuses on bulk cartons for snack manufacturers. It provides sulfur-free options, moisture testing, allergen statements, and batch traceability.

Supplier 4 combines contract farming with low-temperature drying, producing brighter color and less brittle pieces. The reported capacity reaches 150 tonnes monthly during peak mango supply. These details matter because FAOSTAT recorded more than 59 million tonnes of mangoes, mangosteens, and guavas worldwide in 2023, creating strong raw-material competition. Capacity is seasonal.

Trade Map data under HS 080450 shows sustained international trade in fresh and dried mango products, although the code combines several fruit categories. That limitation deserves attention. U100 claims should therefore be checked against piece count, net weight, moisture, and sieve records. Buyers should request recent COAs, pesticide reports, microbiological results, and loading photos. Codex guidance and destination-country rules remain essential references. A supplier may look efficient on paper, yet inconsistent slicing or delayed laboratory results can still weaken a shipment. Verification is never wasted.

Quality Standards, Certifications, and Packaging Options for Buyers

When global buyers compare China’s top 10 U100 dried mango suppliers, quality definitions need careful checking.

“U100” may describe a size or grade, but suppliers do not always use it identically. Ask for a written specification, including slice weight, moisture range, color tolerance, and permitted ingredients. A retained sample should match the approved sample after storage. That simple test catches many surprises.

Reliable suppliers should provide recent HACCP-based food safety records and a traceable batch system. Depending on the destination market, buyers may request ISO 22000, BRCGS, IFS, organic, or kosher certification. Check the certificate number, issuing body, validity dates, and covered site. Certification scope matters. It should cover dried fruit processing, not another factory activity. Request a certificate of analysis for each lot, including moisture, microbiological results, sulfur dioxide, pesticide residues, and foreign-material controls. Limits differ by destination, so import rules must guide testing.

Packaging choices include bulk cartons, vacuum bags, stand-up pouches, and retail-ready printed packs. Food-grade inner liners should resist oxygen and moisture. Nitrogen flushing can help protect color, but it cannot repair poor drying. Confirm net weight, carton strength, pallet pattern, label language, lot coding, and shelf-life evidence. A pre-shipment inspection is useful. It is not perfect. I would also test a carton after simulated ocean transit, because humidity and heat quickly expose weak seals.

How Global Buyers Can Compare, Verify, and Purchase from Suppliers

Buying U100 dried mango from China requires more than scanning a supplier ranking. Global buyers should compare product specifications, production capacity, and export experience. Request samples from several suppliers, then assess color, chewiness, sweetness, fiber, and aftertaste under identical conditions. A bright sample may still hide excessive sugar or uneven moisture.

Verification should begin with traceable documents. Ask for the latest certificate of analysis, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, microbiological results, and pesticide testing records. Confirm whether the laboratory is independent and whether test dates match the production batch. Review factory photos carefully, but do not treat photos as proof. A video inspection or third-party audit offers stronger evidence. Check hygiene zones, mango storage, metal detection, and packaging areas. Small details matter.

Ask each supplier about orchard sources, seasonal availability, minimum order quantity, carton strength, shelf life, and loading plans. Compare quotations using the same Incoterm, packaging format, and port. Request a pilot order before signing a large contract. It can reveal delays, weak cartons, or inconsistent cuts. A low price may look attractive. It may not remain low after rework, inspection, and freight costs. Payment terms also deserve scrutiny, especially when communication becomes vague. I would not rely on one supplier, even after a successful sample. A second qualified option protects continuity when harvest conditions change.

Glass-Bead Blasting

Abrasive media blasting is an excellent way to remove old paint, rust, and increase the paint/powder adhesion. Glass beads produce a much smoother and brighter finish than angular abrasives; leaving the part clean yet without any dimensional change. Chemically inert and environmentally friendly, we can recycle our beads approximately 30 times; making them a more preferred method of metal cleaning or surface finishing.

Advantages to Glass Bead Blasting are many. Glass bead blast media is used when a project is needing rough surfaces need to become smooth for applications of coatings such as paint. It is typically used to clean paint and rust from a product surface without deforming the surface it is being used on. Overall, compared to many other blasting media, Glass Bead Blasting is a very economical choice and those savings are always passed on to our customers.

Part Washing

Tri-State Fabricators utilize a zinc phosphate wash to clean and etch the material to ensure the best paint adhesion possible. The unique design of our 3-stage wash system does the work like a 5-stage. From Cleaning and rinsing to conversion coating and post-treatment, Our Part Washing process is a complete service and works throughout the fabrication service and the finishing service.

Along with the previously mentioned benefits, Curing is a vital chemical reaction that leaves the product finish hard and relatively safe from mild abrasion and aggressive corrosion. This process can be done in more than one way; ambient air-dry or in curing ovens at temps that exceed 240°.

Burn-Off Oven

From fixing paint mistakes (someone else’s of course) to simply cleaning our paint line hooks, our burn-off oven is put to good use. After a quick burn-off, a little clean up, and a fresh coat of paint, your parts will look better than new.

Why does our Burn-Off Oven work so well? Because super heating the air around parts turns the materials into ashes. From paint and powder coatings to rubber and machining oils, high temps do the job without degrading the integrity of the part.

Masking

Masking is a vital part of producing high quality products. We have die-cut masking patterns to protect machined surfaces as well as a wide range of plugs and caps to protect threaded holes and bolts. We provide permanent and temporary masking.

Masking allows the selected sections of a product to be protected from a fabrication or finishing service. This can be with both chemicals when etching and tapes, paints when only finishing just a section of the product. Masking is great in aiding the customization process of a project.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a photographic process that transfers artwork onto a porous nylon screen which allows colored ink to flow through the screen and be deposited on an aluminum or plastic component. We can generally have just about any design created onto a screen for your parts.

Some of the advantages of Screen Printing are, brand recognition for your business displaying on your products, assembly instructions, product warnings/hazards, etc. Tri-State Fabricators produces Screen Printing of the highest quality so you know it’s durable.

Metal Finishing

Metal Finishing is the art of treating the exterior portion of product, often metal but can also be made of other materials, so that the surface is clean and free of any debris. Then the process of applying coats or either paint of powder coat takes place. This coating process improves the quality of the product in both appearance and resistance to wear and corrosion.

Tri-State Fabricators, Inc., understands that a project typically isn’t complete until a high-quality finish has been added to your product. This is why our painting and powder coating teams continuously inspect the products throughout the Metal Finishing process.
